BURN:

Burn sessions combine lighter weight, higher repetition strength movements with cardiovascular exercises that ignite your metabolism and increase your aerobic capacity. Members can expect to use battle ropes, rowers, air bikes and sleds in this 60 minute high intensity interval workout. These conditioning sessions are the perfect counterbalance to our strength program. 

STRENGTH:

Stregth sessions combine compound strength exercises like squatting, pushing and pulling with various equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells and TRX ®. We add isolated strength exercises to support muscle building and toning while incorporating mobility movements to improve overall function. Each phase of our strength program incorporates different sets and repetition schemes to build lean muscle and keep you from plateauing. Every strength session ends with a conditioning block to keep you burning calories well after you've left the studio.

Studios

Pure Hot Yoga Studio:

Open to all levels of practice and abilities, this 60 minute class focuses on a Vinyasa style flow linking conscious breath with a challenging and mindful flow. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being. Yoga90: Room temperature set at 90 degress. Yoga100: Room temperature set at 100 degress.

Lift Barre Studio:

Open to all levels and abilities, this 60 minute class mixes the elements of Pilates, dance, yoga,
and functional training that will leave you feeling incredibly strong! In each energizing and targeted
workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as small balls to sculpt, slim and stretch your
entire body. This class will improve your flexibility and posture and of course tone your legs and tummy!

SpinLyfe Cycling Studio:

Cycling: ENJOY FLATS, HILLS, JUMPS AND SPRINTS IN A CHALLENGING, ENERGIZING INDOOR CYCLING CLASS. ALL INSTRUCTORS ARE SPIN CERTIFIED AND GUARANTEED TO TAKE YOU ON THE RIDE OF YOUR LIFE! ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME.

Cycle Fusion: We take your cycle class up a level by adding a strength training element. You’ll get off the bike and utilize TRX suspension training and other bodyweight movements to build lean muscle and core strength in combination with your more traditional cycle class. This combo program is designed for all levels.

A MARTIAL ARTS INSPIRED FULL-BODY WORKOUT THAT FUELS CARDIO FITNESS AND LEAVES YOU FEELING EMPOWERED AND SELF-CONFIDENT. IT’S TOTALLY NON-CONTACT AND THERE ARE NO COMPLEX MOVES TO MASTER.

Body Pump®:

THIS WEIGHTS CLASS IS FOR ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE. USING LIGHT TO MODERATE WEIGHTS WITH LOTS OF REPETITION (REPS), BODYPUMP GIVES YOU A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT THAT BURNS LOTS OF CALORIES.

Body Step:

THIS FULL BODY CARDIO WORKOUT WILL GET EVERYONE FROM NEW COMERS TO FITNESS VETERANS ENERGIZED. THIS CLASS WILL REALLY TONE YOUR BUTT AND THIGHS WHILE IMPROVING YOUR HEART AND LUNG FITNESS. WHILE WORKING ON YOUR AGILITY & COORDINATION YOU WILL INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH & ENDURANCE.
