We are so proud of of our members for every step and every milestone reached, no matter how big or small. We help our members set their fitness goals, and we will do everything we can to motivate and encourage them reach those goals. They work hard inside and outside the gym, and we are thrilled to share their victories!
After raising 4 kids and watching them all grow into successful adults, I knew it was time to start working on me. Once I started looking at pictures and realized I didn't like what I saw, I joined Best Fitness and started working out a couple times a week. When I started seeing positive results, I began going 5 times a week. When I stopped seeing results from cycling and Body Pump, Kimberlee Marino got me started on the amazing Bfitt60 program. Both the Albany Best Fitness and Schenectady Best Fitness have fantastic trainers and I have begun to see progress once again!
