We help our members set their fitness goals, and we will do everything we can to motivate and encourage them reach those goals. They work hard inside and outside the gym, and we are thrilled to share their victories!
I've been a Best Fitness member for 3yrs and a member of other gyms sporadically dating back many years. I have always wanted to be fit and take personal fitness seriously. My biggest challenges have always been my lack of direction, motivation, and my stamina - having asthma made it incredibly difficult to achieve any goals without fear of an attack.
This all changed in April 2017 when I signed up for Bfitt60 classes as a last ditch effort to try something new. The first few classes were really rough, I questioned whether I was making the right decision often and I wasn't sure if I could keep up with anyone. But going to Marina's classes changed so much for me! Her commitment to helping the members of her class meet their goals and her knowledge of the muscle groups that we worked on in a class game me the confidence to continue attending class and striving to improve my skills. I began personal training in August 2017 because I really feel as if I have found something to stick with. Marina goes above and beyond to make personal training beneficial and is always willing to work through body difficulties. I can say now, that there are times when I attend class and forget to take my inhaler - and I still am able to have a really beneficial workout! I hope that as I continue personal training, I am able to meet some of my newer and more challenging goals. I look forward to continuing to work with Marina, and I am glad that I have been so successful in working out for six months straight!
