I started coming to Best Fitness Schenectady in 2003 because it was very close to me and offered everything you need in a gym.  Starting in 2007 I had a series of accidents involving my motorcycle and snowmobile.  As I’m getting older my knees aren’t as healthy as they used to be and arthritis has affected me in the worse way and taken a toll on my body.  In that moment I knew that I needed to be safe in the gym with my injuries and I needed to gain more mobility throughout my body.  I have been training with Kory for a year and half now and I have gained better mobility throughout my body in everyday life.  At one point in my life I couldn’t even reach my arm over my head and now I have full mobility in both shoulders. Having a trainer in the gym keeps me motivated and active in my lifestyle.  Kory not only motivates me every time I see him but he makes sure I am safe with all my injuries.  I am 64 years young and plan continuing training with Kory.
