We help our members set their fitness goals, and we will do everything we can to motivate and encourage them reach those goals. I began my membership at Best Fitness in January 2017. After many injuries, one surgery, and having a baby, my normal workout routine was no longer cutting it. I decided to sign up for Personal Training because I honestly didn't know how to do much at the gym besides the cardio equipment. I was also very fearful of re-injuring myself and having a setback. Despite being in organized sports almost my entire life, I felt lost. I was teamed up with Brendan, and things changed! Not only am I learning something new with every session, I also have significantly more confidence when I go to the gym on my own, and have also observed physical changes in my body. He gives me workouts to do on my own, and I've even gotten to the point where I can create my own. He is incredibly mindful of my injuries and the natural limitations of my body, but he also pushes me do better.
