We help our members set their fitness goals, and we will do everything we can to motivate and encourage them reach those goals. I've been a member at the Schenectady location almost 2 years. I started doing my own thing on the treadmill and machines, it was okay. Then I tried the group class Bfitt60 and it really makes a big difference in motivating me to work out regularly. I usually take it 4 to 5 times a week. Ryan Taylor makes the classes fresh, fun and encouraging! I even love doing box jumps now which I was afraid of at first. I feel stronger and more confident in myself and I've made some great friends with fellow members! Bfitt60 is a great program!
