After I a few months of training with Marina my strength increased steadily to the point, that I popped the garage door off it’s roller tracks when opening it! I’ve gone from struggling to lift the hex bar to a deadlift of 220 lb. Without Marina’s challenging, encouragement, motivation and most of all (crazy as it sounds)…fun! I don’t think I would have tried or coming target deadlift of 235 lb
