Billy Lyons is by far the best personal trainer. I was always athletic but life got in the way, Billy helped me build muscle and get back to almost my high school tennis weight. I lost 25+ pounds, inches, and went from a size 10 to a 4. Billy kept me motivated through every work out and pushed me to my limits. We achieved some cool goals throughout the process, breaking into the 200lb Dead Lift and Squat club! I could never thank Billy enough for helping me regain my confidence!!
