We are so proud of of our members for every step and every milestone reached, no matter how big or small. We help our members set their fitness goals, and we will do everything we can to motivate and encourage them reach those goals. They work hard inside and outside the gym, and we are thrilled to share their victories!
It is my desire as a 75 year old female to increase and maintain the highest level of overall fitness and whole body strength possible. Marina Pacilio has guided and helped me find the method that works for the past two and one-half years. She has crafted a program of strength training, endurance, maintaining mobility and aerobic activity to slow sarcopenia (muscle loss with aging). It has worked because I have never felt more physically vibrant and confident!
Marina easily shares her profound knowledge of the body and nutrition to emphasize good practices. She is also keenly sensitive at each session to where your body is at and adjusts accordingly. It is a joy to work with her!
