We are so proud of of our members for every step and every milestone reached, no matter how big or small. We help our members set their fitness goals, and we will do everything we can to motivate and encourage them reach those goals. They work hard inside and outside the gym, and we are thrilled to share their victories!
I started here as a member and was looking to get back into the shape during college. Back in September 2016 when I started I was about 172lbs at 36% BF, which is the highest weight I had ever been. Today, August 2017, I am down to 144.6lbs and 27.3% BF. Working with my trainer Danielle and having a gym that was welcoming and friendly helped me get on track, come up with a plan I could stick with, and ultimately changed my life. I left the office job that I had to pursue fitness as a career and I can say it is truly due to the support I had here when I was a member and now I am lucky to have these people as my coworkers. I feel healthier physically and mentally.
