We are so proud of of our members for every step and every milestone reached, no matter how big or small. We help our members set their fitness goals, and we will do everything we can to motivate and encourage them reach those goals. They work hard inside and outside the gym, and we are thrilled to share their victories!
I gave birth to my second daughter in April of 2012. I always intended to get back on track heath-wise right away. As time went on I found myself stuck in "mommy mode". I was home with a toddler and an infant. My priority was taking care of them. I found myself not eating the "right" food and not exercising the way I should. Over time I found myself feeling sluggish and noticing that my clothes didn't fit the way I wanted. I realized that I had to do something for me.
I joined the gym January 2nd with the intention of walking the treadmill a few times a week and hopefully losing some weight. Once I started I realized that the greater effort I put in, the greater results I would see. I signed up for training with Hector once a week. Through these sessions, I have learned that exercising is more than walking on the treadmill a few times a week. It is about working on the whole body. I have learned to do exercises that I never thought I would. I have seen great results and have found that I can do more than I ever thought I would. I enjoy coming to the gym every day and look forward to seeing what I can accomplish every day.
