I have been working with a personal trainer for years at best fitness. Martin is consistent, motivational, and friendly. I have never been athletic or interested in sports, but I want to exercise for my health. The gym has always been intimidating, but Martin gives me the confidence needed to get great workouts. No matter what, I meet with Martin once a week. This keeps me connected to an exercise plan. Usually, I attend Best Fitness 3-6 times a week. I train with Martin or take a class. I use the locker room and showers. I love Best Fitness because it truly is the "best!" (I shop around before buying and I read before signing.) Best Fitness provides multiple locations that are convenient for me to use, classes, personal training, and it all fits into my budget!
