About a year ago I made the decision to improve my lifestyle and begin working with a trainer at Best Fitness. I have a back condition that has limited my physical abilities most of my life and I have lived in chronic pain for a very long time. I began training last September and I have been so fortunate to have Ryan Taylor as my personal trainer. I was apprehensive at first and was worried that I was not going to be able to handle the workout. I can honestly say with Ryan’s knowledge and skill he knew exactly how to create workouts for me where I do not put strain on my back while helping me accomplish my goals. I feel so much stronger, my posture has improved and my endurance continuous to increase thanks to Ryan. I leave the gym feeling great and I have less back pain. This has been a life changing experience for me and I recommend it to anyone with a physical impairment.
