Making the decision to train @ Best Fitness with Marina Pacilio, has been the best contribution to my health and fitness I could have made.
I needed change & didn't know how to do it on my own. I did know that I was interested in strength training. I was introduced to Marina, and was eager to start.
In the time I have trained with her, I have significantly decreased my body fat %, and achieved a degree of strength I did not know I was capable of. Even more importantly, Marina was able to flex my workouts safely during my pregnancy as it progressed, all while staying on track with my goals, which made it much quicker to bounce back. My confidence has greatly improved, and I feel great. I am very happy & grateful for my changes.
